Imaginary Garden With Real Toads pays homage to the poet Billy Collins (for more on him, click HERE). He often uses humor to mask the deeper meaning. Can you guess my vehicle in the poem above? Also for NaPrWriMo (two #13s today), and appearing in the side margin of my favorite rumble seat, Poets United – proud to be a member!

Yes, I can guess. But I love the way you write it!

I love the lines “survey the carnage, which looks like me.” This was a fun ride of poem and had me giggling in several spots.
Thanks for participating in the Toads challenge!

I was riding shotgun in this one and was ready for the barcalounger when we got there:)

Whether to be read literally or figuratively you took us along for the ride!

Could this be any more clever? Fun? Not on your life!!
Hannah Gosselin

Amy, hit and run with the flow, you had me jumping in at “Gozonked!” 🙂

Driven by the machinations of the mind. Brilliant.
